The Purpose
Through games, we get insight in each other’s motives, goals and the existing patterns. The overall aim is to identify the problems by themselves and understand the better ways of work together.
The Reason
In many organisations, people are not happy with working in teams because of the often complex collaboration inside teams. There are many differences between people: incompetence, (intercultural) background and communication.
The Performance: Collaboration game
Physical game where we use as fewer words as possible, to make collaboration in teams visually. So we can experience the working of teams and define the blockades clearer.
