Terwijl wachtlijsten in de jeugdzorg oplopen tot maanden of zelfs jaren, verdwijnen duizenden jongeren uit beeld. Zij zitten thuis, vallen uit op school en raken verder verstrikt in systemen die niet aansluiten bij hun werkelijkheid. Traditionele zorg is vastgelopen. Apollo 12 doorbreekt de impasse.

The Challenge We Address
As waiting lists in youth care grow to months or even years, thousands of young people fall out of sight. They stay at home, drop out of school, and become further entangled in systems that do not match their reality. Traditional care has reached its limits. Apollo 12 breaks through this impasse.

Shakespeare in India
(2023) On February 16, she was en route to Ernakulam, South India, to carry out a very special theatre project. She had received an invitation from St. Teresa’s College in Ernakulam to collaborate with students from the college on the creation of a performance and the delivery of accompanying theatre training. Working within a peer-to-peer structure, the students subsequently conducted theatre training sessions for 500 children from Ernakulam.

You will experience different aspects of the performing arts like:
1. Improvisation; listening and reacting into the present moment, responding intuitively by showing expression and using text.
2. Storytelling; speaking in front of an audience, find the connection between intuition and the physical appearance.
3. Showing a monologue or a dialogue and learn how to transform into another person using text and movement.
